Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your ebook, we offer refunds under the following conditions.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if:

• You request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date
• You have not downloaded or accessed the digital product (or have a valid reason for dissatisfaction after reviewing it)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at hello@brevono.com with:

• Your name
• Email address used for the purchase
• Order number (if available)
• Reason for the refund request

Processing Refunds

We will review your refund request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed through Lemon Squeezy, and you should see the credit within 5-10 business days depending on your payment method.

Exceptions

Refunds may not be issued if:

• The request is made more than 30 days after purchase
• Evidence suggests the product has been redistributed or shared
• The refund request is made in bad faith

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchased the same product multiple times, contact us and we will issue a refund for the duplicate purchase.
